The Church building is used by a wide variety of both public and private groups for many different purposes, from blood donation to family celebrations.
Our building was specially designed to help the Church serve the local community. The large wooden-floored hall, with adjoining kitchen and cafe area, is suitable for large social functions and costs £18 per hour to hire. One smaller room, 'the Genesis room', also adjoins the cafe area and is perfect for meetings, rehearsals or as a children's play area - this costs £15 per hour to hire.
Larger meetings, such as the Frack Free East Yorkshire meeting (seen below), can be held in the Church itself.
To book the church facilities, or for any questions or queries, please contact Lynne in the church office: 01262 603033
There are two entrances to the Church building, the carved oak doors on Cardigan Road, which lead into the reception area, and the garden cafe entrance, which is around the back of the building and along the path through the garden: All areas of the building are wheelchair accessible.
We have a large car park and a carefully maintained garden that features objects telling stories about the Church history. To find out more you can get a pamphlet on the history of the Church building from the Church office.
